No. This is a free community board made by a challenge player to help everyone swap codes. It is not connected to Nusuk or the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The Ministry's own support says: 1 free key per day, plus 1 extra key each time someone opens your invite link — up to a maximum of 300 keys per day from sharing.
You can swap with the same person only once, and some codes get used by many people quickly. Just take the next fresh code from the list.
